Our Story
A Legacy Built From Love
Our journey to Texas Longhorns began through some of the hardest and most life-changing moments of our lives.
In 2022, we experienced the heartbreaking loss of our first daughter. As we moved forward, we knew we wanted to create something meaningful—something that would honor her memory and become a lasting legacy for our family.
Then, in April 2023, we found ourselves spending precious days in the NICU with our rainbow baby. We began talking about the kind of legacy we wanted to build for our daughter. We saw a longhorn for sale, and something about these incredible animals captured our hearts. What started as an idea quickly became a passion. In July 2023, we brought home our first two Longhorns. From those first two cattle, our dream began to grow. Buying 4 more that same week.
Rooted in Family
We are proud to call Polk County, Tennessee, home. Both of us were born and raised right here, at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains and just a few miles from the Cherokee National Forest. Our ranch is located just off Highway 411, only minutes from the beautiful Ocoee River, which our community is well known for and where people come from all over to enjoy its world-class rafting and breathtaking scenery.
Family, Hard Work & Legacy
Keith has spent his entire life as a truck driver, hauling chemicals for the company his father built more than 50 years ago. His father has since retired, and today Keith and his siblings continue to run the family business.

We also appreciate the Texas Longhorn for its beef-producing potential. Longhorn beef is known for being naturally lean, and we value the opportunity to raise cattle that can contribute to a quality beef program.
